Dealer Car Search Cancellation Request All Cancellation Requests are subject to the Dealer Car Search User Agreement and Billing Terms which can be found on this webpage: https://www.dealercarsearch.com/termsofuse.aspx Billing Terms  Subscription begins when Dealer Membership Account is activated. Services provided by DCS will be billed on a month-to-month basis and billed in advance. Payment is expected on or before the 1st day of Dealer’s billing cycle. Services can be cancelled by Dealer in writing at least 15 calendar days prior to Dealer’s billing date. If cancellation is received less than 15 calendar days prior to Dealer’s billing date, Dealer will be responsible for payment of services provided during the final billing cycle. If cancellation is received at least 15 calendar days prior to Dealer’s billing date, services will cease on the final date of the current billing cycle. Prepaid membership fees will not be refunded. Cancellation does not relieve Dealer of payment for past services provided prior to cancellation.
